The American Petroleum Institute reportedly shows a build of 10.51M barrels of oil for the week ending February 10.
Gasoline inventories reportedly show a build of 846K barrels, distillate inventories show a build of 1.73M barrels, and stockpiles at the Cushing, Oklahoma, storage hub show a build of 1.95M barrels.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration will release its weekly petroleum supply data on Wednesday, with analysts forecasting the report will show an 800K-barrel gain in domestic crude supplies, a 1.5M-barrel gain for gasoline and a 200K-barrel increase in distillates, according to a survey by The Wall Street Journal.
March WTI crude oil (CL1:COM) recently traded at $78.88/bbl after settling Tuesday at $79.06/bbl on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
